Shipping policy
1. Shipment processing times
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours after the order is placed provided an item is in stock. Please note that during high-volume periods, processing time may take longer than usual.
2. Methods of shipping and delivery time
We offer standard shipping (2-4 working days) to the UK. International orders will ship via our standard shipping but timings will vary dependent upon location.
3. Costs
All orders within the UK are charged a flat rate of £1.65. International orders will incur a fee that is dependent upon destination location.
4. Shipping restrictions
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
6. Damaged or lost items
If you receive a damaged item or your order is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include providing a refund or replacement.
7. Custom and import taxes
When shipping internationally, there may be additional costs due to customs and import taxes which will be the responsibility of the customer.
